Director
Hello, families! I’m Ms. Shadel, the proud owner and director of Tiny Tot Degrees, where every scholar takes their first steps toward learning, growing, and exploring the world in a loving home environment.
My journey into childcare began long before opening my own at-home daycare. I’ve always had a natural love for nurturing and guiding little ones—whether caring for newborns, toddlers, or the children of close friends and family. ​In 2024, after welcoming my daughter, that lifelong passion evolved into an inspired goal—to create a warm, safe, and personal environment where children could grow, explore, and feel truly at home. That vision became the foundation for my at-home daycare.

I believe that an at-home daycare offers something uniquely special: smaller group sizes, a consistent and familiar caregiver, and a nurturing space that feels like family. Here, every child is seen, heard, and encouraged to thrive at their own pace, in a setting that blends learning with the comfort of home.
